Hi Naomi, and welcome to TD Helps. We're sorry that you're unable to log in to your account.
If you need to reset your password, you may use our self-service page to do so. To reset your password, please visit the Online Banking log-on screen by clicking: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you've done so, select “Forgot your password?” under the password field. You’ll be asked to provide your user name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You’ll then have the opportunity to choose a new password once you’ve correctly answered two of your Security Questions.
Please note, if your online banking is already locked out due to invalid password attempts, or invalid security question responses, you will not be able to use our self-service tool. If this is the case, we ask that you give us a call at 1-888-751-9000, where our Specialists are available to assist 24/7.
