Hi there Russell,
Thanks so much for getting in touch with us.
It sounds from your message that you're trying to enroll in our Online Banking service. Thanks for your interest in using this feature – we have a few options here for you that may help.
First, when using our self-enrollment feature that you can find on this page: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, you'll need your account number, as well as your TD ATM/Visa Debit card number and Social Security number to sign up. If you have the remaining information, to find your account number you can either take a look at the bottom of your checks, or refer to the top right corner of your printed statements. If you do use your checks for this info, you can see http://bit.ly/1qH2i2K for a check sample that indicates an example. Once you locate this number, simply follow the prompts at the first link to complete your enrollment, and you'll be able to view your acocunts right away when you're done.
If you can't locate the number, don't worry. You can give us a call anytime, 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and we can enroll your account for you after verification during your call.
Otherwise, you are welcome to visit any TD Bank Store location during our convenient lobby hours to retrieve your account number, or to sign up for online banking. Please find a Store near you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hoping these are convenient options for you, Russell.
All the best and have a fantastic holiday weekend!
