Welcome to the TD Helps community, Sharron. We'll be happy to assist you in making a transfer!
If you are trying to make an internal transfer between your accounts then once you login to www.tdbank.com, you should be able to see all accounts that you are a signer on including: Checking, Savings, CDs, Credit Cards, and Loans. You should also be able to transfer funds between those accounts where appropriate. After logging in and selecting the "Transfer" tab, you should be prompted to enter the 'From' and 'To' accounts and enter the amount of your transfer. With this feature you'll be able to complete an immediate transfer or schedule a recurring transfer.
As long as your Savings account is a statement account and not a Passbook or Club account, it should allow you the option to transfer in or out. If you are unable to view the account online, or if you can see the account but the website is not allowing the option to transfer funds to/from it, we may need to adjust the settings for your online profile. Please call us at your earliest convenience at 1-800-493-7562 so that we may review your online profile and enable that feature if possible. Our Specialists are available 24/7. You may also visit a TD Store for further assistance. For Store hours and locations please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Additionally, we see that you are writing to us from London. If you need to complete an international wire transfer you will need the full name, address (including City), State/Province, Country and account number of the person/business you are sending money to (for Euro Zone countries – IBAN – International Banking Account Number). Also the full name and address, including City, State/Province and Country of the financial institution receiving the funds, plus of course the amount and currency of the transfer.
For more details on sending international wires please visit http://bit.ly/1oowsYN. When you are ready to send your international wire transfer, you will need to provide the foreign bank our SWIFT address, which is NRTHUS33XXX, as well as obtain their SWIFT address, which you can obtain by contacting the institution directly.
We hope this helps out Sharron! Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
