I am a Canadian citizen, although I am living in Florida for 4 months, and have a US bank account, with a US credit card. I would like to access the account online, but the system will not allow me to do so, as I cannot provide a Social Security Number. We are not issued a SSN in Canada , we are issued with a Social Security Number. Your system will not accept any part of my SIN. Please help!!
