We're sorry to hear that you've misplaced your Debit Card, Susan. We'd be happy to clarify.
We apologize for any inconvenience however we are unable to place a stop on your Debit Card. We are able to close your card however; we are unable to reactivate Debit Cards listed as lost.
If you would like to close your Debit Card, you may do so in a few ways. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you close your Debit Card and process a request to mail you a new one. Please know that Debit Cards sent via mail may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address.
You are also able to visit a TD Store during lobby hours to close your Debit Card and replace it. All you'll need to bring for your visit is a valid photo I.D. for verification purposes. You are able to use a Driver's License, State issued photo I.D., passport, etc. You'll even be able to leave with your new Debit Card the same day! To view our TD locations and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to hear from you soon, Susan. Take care.
