As it sounds as if you may be unable to access your Online Banking, we'd like to recommend that you connect with a member of our Tech Support Team directly. For your convenience, they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 800-493-7562. Once on the phone, and after verification, a Specialist will be more than happy to help you gain access, and can even provide you with additional information on how you may prevent this from happening in the future.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location. By doing so, a Customer Service Representative will gladly assist you with your Online Banking. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
