'Continue', another button, 'Find a TD Bank or ATM' pops up. The 'Continue' button goes gray and the only two options I have left are 'Cancel' and 'Find a TD Bank or ATM'. When you click on the latter, it simply gives you TD Bank branches near you. Clicking on a branch just gives you information about that branch, such as hours and location. From there, it's a dead end and you can't make a deposit.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using Mobile Deposit. Typically, when making a Mobile Deposit and you enter in the amount of the check and then click on "Continue" it opens your camera so that you can take a photo of both the front and back of the check. If you're using an internet-enabled iPhone or Android phone with a fully functioning camera and once you click on "Continue" it's not bringing you to the photo section, we ask that you please connect with a Digital Banking Specialist so that we can review this issue further.
