I don't know if I have to enroll the account before I can log in Or not? Cause I try to enroll so many time but still can't not. What should I do?

Before managing your account online, you must first enroll for Online Banking. We understand you’ve been experiencing difficulties but we'd like to provide you options.
You may enroll your TD Credit Card directly at TD Card Services at http://bit.ly/1mZCFef. There are three steps, the first is to "Verify," step two is to "Register," and step three is "Success." You will need your card number and other personal information handy for the enrollment process. Once you've successfully enrolled your account, you can make payments from the comfort of your own home! If you encounter any issues with enrollment, please feel free to call a TD Card Services Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861, who can help get you up and running.
Also, if you have a deposit account with TD Bank such as a checking or savings, you're also welcome to log in to your Online Banking account to view your credit card and make payments at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
If you don't have Online Banking for your Personal Accounts yat, we can get you set up! If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.

I already have on line banking. I just downloaded the IBM fraud protection and not I cannot log in to my account. Please help.
