As you're unable to log in to your account right now, if the issue could be your Password, you may be able to reset this information yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Trouble Logging In link located below the password field. After entering your User Name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, it will ask to you answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
