As you mentioned that you're unable to log in to your account right now, there are a few possibilities. If your user name or password isn't working as expected, a Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in unlocking your account or resetting this information. Please contact us directly at 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative there can assist you.
