Ive used the same user name and password for years and it's not allowing me to log in. I am using Firefox, the latest version. it keeps going to a default page. Can you check it for me? user name was XXXXXXX

Not having access to Online Banking can sure put a wrench into things. We understand, Jessica and would be glad to help.
Based on what you've described, it sounds as though you've encountered some browser issues. We recommend ensuring that your browser is up to date with the newest version. In addition to this, please restore your browser's default settings and remove any active themes.
If the trouble persists, please clear your temporary files, including your cookies and cache. This sometimes resolves browser issues.
