I am trying to log into my mobile app or into my account online, but it is saying that something doesn't match the records. I was not given the password used to set up my account so I was trying to do the "forgot password" thing. I am in a different country so the phone number is not working. I set this account up right before I left because there are no foreign transaction fees, and I am new to the whole TD system. I did not get a chance to reset my password from the one they used when setting up my account. But they never told it to me, so I am not sure what to do.
Also, I am studying abroad, so I will be here a while and really need to get this problem fixed. Thanks in advance for your help!
