First, if you are having trouble accessing any aspects of our web page, we recommend disabling any plug-ins or themes from your browser and restoring your browser default settings. We also suggest making sure that you are using the most up-to-date version of your browser and that it is accepting cookies. Please note that our full site at www.tdbank.com is compatible with the newest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox. If you're not using one of these and are still unable to log in, you may wish to try a different browser altogether.
If you are locked out of your account or do not recall your User Name and Password, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and our Representatives would be happy to help recover your login credentials. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. If you recall your user name and not your password, you can regain access to your account from your home computer. By going to the log in page, http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and selecting "Trouble Logging In" you can reset your password. Online Banking will ask you for your user name, the last four numbers of your Social Security number and ask you two security questions. Once you have filled out the necessary information, the page will allow you to change your password. When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
