Hi, I'm from Perú and I have a TD bank card since I was working in Vermont during winter, and I want to transfer part of my money to an account of a different bank but when I try it says I can't because my address is not from USA or something like that.

If you're referring to our Person to Person Payment service or External Transfer service, please know that in order to be eligible to use these services, you must have a United States address, a unique United States phone number, a United States issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address.
If you're currently in Peru and have some checks with you, you may issue a check and mail it to the other financial institution directly. If you have any additional questions, you may contact us 24/7 while you're outside the United States by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518.
