If your card is an ATM only card, please know that it can only be used for ATM withdrawals. In order to have a TD ATM debit card, you will need to have a TD Checking account. A TD Visa Debit card will allow you to make online purchases anywhere Visa is accepted, online or at a retail store.
If you already have a TD Checking account, you may obtain an ATM debit card by visiting your local TD Bank Store location during lobby hours. To find out TD store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank locations have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new debit card seven days a week while you wait. You will walk out with a new card in your hand!
To have a TD ATM debit card mailed to you, there are a couple of options available to you. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Banking Specialists can order an ATM debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file.
Another way to request a TD ATM debit Card via mail is by sending a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message from http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking, please click here to start the enrollment process: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current ATM card. If you run into any problems while enrolling, please call us 24/7 at the same telephone number provided above to speak with our Banking Specialists.
After you've successfully enrolled, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. It will arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
Just in case that you already have an ATM debit card and it is being rejected while making online purchases, we recommend reaching out to us directly by calling us 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above, sending us an online secure message, or visiting us at a Store location during lobby hours, so we may look into your card for you upon account verification.
