My husband took your prompt to change our username but didn't write it down. Now I cant log in

In order to regain access to your online account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 for BusinessDirect) after account verification, our Representatives will be happy to assist you in recovering your User Name. If you prefer to speak with a Representative in person, feel free to visit a TD Store during lobby hours. For Store locations and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Keep in mind that your Online Banking profile is set up for each individual user under that person's Social Security Number. If you were the one to originally enroll in Online Banking, you may reach out to us by using the number listed above. Similarly if your husband was the one who set up the online profile, we'd need to speak with him in order to recover your User Name.
