Thanks for joining in, Donna.
If you're attempting to long in to your loan account, we recommend reviewing the reply above for assistance. If you're referring to your Online Banking, there are a few ways you're able to update your password.
If you are able to log in, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then under "Self Service" select the "Change password" option.
If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link that is located under the field. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
When creating your new password, here a few tips we can share with you:
-Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces
-Your password should be unique. Memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else
-Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.)
-Use a password that differs from your other banking, email and social media accounts. Change it periodically, ideally every 90 days
Please know that you are also able to use the steps mentioned above to reset your password from your Mobile Banking App.
There will be times when we can't provide the information necessary to reset our passwords but that's okay! You can call us directly at 888-751-9000 as our Banking Specialists are available to you 24/7. After account verification, we would be happy to help reset your password and get you back up and running for your Online Banking. Also, you can visit us at any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours.
If this is for a BusinessDirect login, feel free to contact us at 800-493-7562, 247 or visit us at your local TD Store. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps and have a good day.
