I change my user name from my SS# to another and now I cannot remember it. how can I retrieve it?

To retrieve your User Name or User ID for your online account, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you! Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, (or 800-493-7562, Option 2 for BusinessDirect) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help you. If you're referring to logging into tdcardservices.com, you may contact a TD Credit Card Specialist 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
For additional support on other Online Banking platforms, such as Mortgage Documents, etc. please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Also contact 855-219-8050 for help logging into the TD Go Card site.
