I get error "The routing number is invalid or not supported" but this is the correct routing number for Barclays Delaware for my US savings account. FYI, I am a US TD bank customer.

We sincerely apologize that you're having so much trouble performing an external transfer to your Barclays Savings account, and we'll be happy to help.
When taking advantage of TD Bank's External Transfer feature and adding a new external account for the first time, one of the most common mistakes is inputting the wrong account type. When adding your external account, we will ask you to confirm the account type, and as you mentioned that you'll be performing this transfer to a Savings account, we'd like to recommend reviewing the information you have selected to ensure that under the 'Account Type' section, you have selected 'Savings.'
If you have confirmed that this information is correct, as well as the correct routing and account number have been entered, and you're still having trouble, we recommend connecting with Barclays directly to ensure that the information you were provided is correct.
