I just moved to the USA and mad a bank account. I want to use online banking so the employee set up a username and a password that I could change later. I even wrote everything down so I won't forget it. I only had my cell phone and got a new laptop some days ago so I finally wanted to set up my account. But it says that either the username or password are incorrect. I don't know what to do cause I don't have a SSN yet
