Happy Friday, Georgianna, and welcome to TD Helps!
This is a great question.
Here at TD Bank, transactions such as deposits and withdrawals that are performed to your account can be accessed through your statement. However, in the event that you cashed your paycheck against your account, and did not first deposit the check, we will unfortunately be unable to provide additional information on this item.
If your paycheck was deposited into your account, and you would like additional informational on the amount of your check, we'd first like to invite you to review your statements. Viewing your statements is easy, even if you don't have a copy on hand, as you're always able to obtain a copy through your Personal Online Banking!
To log in, you're welcome to use this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled, you can start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your debit card number, account number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number, and once you've successfully logged in, you'll first want to click on the account you would like to review your statements for. Then, click on the green 'Statements & Notices' tab. You may next simply locate the statement your deposit should reflect on, and click 'View.'
If you have any trouble accessing your statements, or if you would prefer to go over your deposit with one of our Specialist, were here to help! Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you did not deposit your check, and instead received cash back, we apologize for any inconvenience, and would like to recommend that you connect with your employer directly to determine if a copy of your paystub may be provided.
Thanks again for bringing your question to TD Helps, Georgianna.
We hope you have a great Friday, and an even better weekend.
