Generally speaking, when submitting an address change request via secure message online, you should receive a response from us within 24 hours to confirm that we have received your request. If we also confirm that we will update your address within 2-3 business days, then the address associated with your ATM Debit Card will also be changed within this time frame.
To confirm, we recommend contacting us at 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to review your address with you.
