We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble viewing your statement online, Marie. We'd be happy to help.
In order to view your statements, you must first be logged in to your account. For personal Online Banking accounts, please log in here: http://bit.ly/SMUhhl.
Once you've logged in, please follow the steps below to view the statement of your choosing:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement

Once logged in you may use the following steps to view your statements:
- In the "Accounts" tab click onto "Statements"
- Choose the account and desired Statement Period using the drop down boxes
- Click onto the "View Statements" button
