So great of you to visit us today, Melissa.
Although, we're unable to send statements via email as this is an unsecured format; however, we do have other options for you to obtain past statements for your closed account.
We'd like to take this opportunity to let know that TD Bank retains seven years of account history in our records. If you still have access to your previous account number and you have another active account currently with us, you can request statement copies with one of our Banking Specialists, who can mail them out to you at the address we have on record. Feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance, anytime it's convenient for you. After account verification, we'll be able to help. Please note, you should expect to receive the statement copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
If you no longer have any active accounts with us, you may request statements by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours with your valid photo ID. Any one of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist. If the statements are recent enough, we may be able to provide you with the copies during your visit. If you wish to make an appointment with the TD Bank Store location prior to stopping by, please feel free to reach out to the store directly. To find a TD Bank location, hours and telephone numbers near you, please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please also note, depending on the copies you are looking for, fees may apply. For more information, please refer to your Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
Hope this helps and enjoy your day.
