Hi, I closed my account weeks ago. I called Tuesday or Wednesday 08/18/2015 - 08/19/2015 and spoke with a customer service rep, Tim I believe, who confirmed the account is closed with 0 balance nothing due, nothing owed.
I just got an email:

Why am i receiving this, the only thing I should have is a confirmation the account is closed. The account is closed so i cannot log in. Is this just a disconnect in your offices?
