Good day I have a checking account with a year ago you stop using it for issues beyond my control, I have tried to enter but placed online user name and password and not give me income. I wonder if my time eliminated by unused or do to activate thanks.

Please keep in mind, TD Bank retains seven years of account history in our records. If your account was closed within this time frame and you'd like to access your prior statements, don't worry as we have some ways that this can be done.
If the account was closed in the past few months and you have another account that is open, you can request statement copies with one of our Banking Specialists and we can mail them out to you to the address we have on record. Please call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance, anytime it's convenient for you. Please note, you should expect to receive the copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
If you no longer have the account number, you may also request statements by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Any one of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist. If the statements are recent, we may be able to provide you with the copies during your visit. We recommend contacting the TD Bank Store prior to stopping in, and to find a TD Bank near you, check out http://go.td.com/TDStores.
