Hi Alara, Thank you for your reply. I am not sure that I can go personally to any TD Bank as there is no one in Europe, Hungary. My other problem is that my language knowledge is not so good to understand your collegue and it costs a lot. Is it so risky to tell me if there is any limit on the card or not? I sent you also an inquery to ask to increase the limit. Please try to help me through email. Thank you. Regards, Mariann

Dear TD Bank Team,
Thanks for the reply again.
Today, I got a new card from you. Perhaps that could be the reason why I could not pay in the previous days. I tried to activate this card, but I was refused again. I went to a shop to buy sg but it refused, then I tried to get some cash from ATM but I was not lucky either. So, I am a little bit confused which card I can use now and how I can activate this new one.
PLease help. Thank you. Mariann
