To change your current security questions, please log into your Online Banking via your PC or web browser on your mobile phone here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you sign into your account, please click on the Customer Service tab, select "Change Security Questions/Answers" and click the "Change" button to the right of each security questions.
If you are still having difficulties changing your security questions, please contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7 and our Specialists would be happy to help walk you through this.
