From this week I have been trying to receive money through "Send Money" from two accounts different of BoFa. The app requested to me confirmation of the phone number associated. Because this number is using for another account too. What I need to restablish the service?
Please, If it possible get spanish support?, thanks in advance.

As you mentioned you are having trouble with receiving money through Send Money, we ask that you contact a Tech Support Specialist directly so that they may further assist you. Once connected with a Specialist, they will be happy to provide assistance in Spanish.
