I currenlty have a Home Equity loan with TD Bank. Is it possible to convert it to a Home Equity Line of Credit?

Welcome to TD Helps, Donald. We will be sure to point you in the right direction today.
We're happy to let you know that we do offer a Fixed-Rate Option for HELOC accounts. We welcome you to compare the accounts in which we offer, here: https://go.td.com/2cFgTil. You're also invited to check out our HELOC Fixed-Rate Option Calculator here: https://go.td.com/2cvFNO3 to see what your monthly payments could be.
Once you're ready to make this change, you will be happy to know that you do not need to submit another application. Your existing TD Bank Home Equity Line of Credit can be converted from a variable rate to a fixed rate - either all of it or a portion of it. All you need to do is to reach out to us by phone 24/7 at 800-937-5020 to speak with our Financial Solutions Group or visit us at any TD Bank Store location, during lobby hours. Feel free to look here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a TD Bank Store location near you. Once we've received additional information from you, we'll be glad to submit the request form for you to make this happen.
If this does not answer your question, Donald please give us a call at above mentioned number, so we may discuss your Home Equity Loan options further with you.
Have a great day, Donald.
