Welcome to TD Helps, Wayne, and thanks for your interest in a credit card with TD!
We recommend taking a look at the TD Cross Border Banking page found here: https://go.td.com/2DZlc4I. Not only does this page review options for credit cards but it does so using options from TD in the US and TD Canada Trust.
Because of the volume of options available for Cross Border Banking between our two institutions, you can use our Cross Border Banking Travel Guide here: https://go.td.com/2WJVrfI. After a few questions, the guide will generate options best suited for your needs based on your selections.
At TD Bank in the US, you're able to use your Social Insurance Number to apply for a credit card in order to use your Canadian credit history. You're able to review these options by visiting here: https://go.td.com/2RIFv9S or here: https://go.td.com/2MgrZfP.
Once you're ready to apply, you're able to do so by calling a Cross Border Banking Specialist at 877-700-2913 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. You can take a look at TD Stores you'd like to visit in the US here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
Your Specialists at your local TD Canada Trust Store may also be able to assist in submitting or obtaining an application. You can review their locations here: https://go.td.com/2ykaYcD.
Physical applications may be turned in at any TD location or by faxing to 855-257-3388.
If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to a Cross Border Banking Specialist 24/7 using the number mentioned above.
We hope this helps and to hear from you soon, Wayne!
