We're sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing your recent deposit. If you are looking at your account via Online Banking, underneath the Pending Transaction section, we ask that you please click on the dollar amount (even if the dollar amount shows as $0.00). Depending on how your deposit was made, it could show up in that section, along with a debit for that amount (just while it's being verified) which would result in showing a $0.00 as a whole for the Pending Transactions for today.
If you've tried that and it still isn't showing we ask that you contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we'll be able to review your account further.
