I deposited a check for $600 into the TD atm at 8am. It shows nothing is available? I thought at least $100 would be available right away?

Hey, Lydia! Thanks for checking out TD Helps today with your question.
Usually, when you deposit a check with a Teller, the first $100 should be made available immediately. In general, the rest of the funds are credited to your account on the following business day. Please note that as a new account holder, if your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, your check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes.
As you mentioned that your deposit was made at the ATM, please also keep in mind that check deposits made at a TD Bank ATM may have the same hold placed as above if you're a new account holder; and please note that via the ATM, the first $100 of your check deposits may not be available for the first 90 days of your account.
Because there are other exceptions that may cause delays in funds availability, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our full Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
If you have any questions or concerns about your deposit, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We appreciate your visit, Lydia and we're always here for your questions. Have a wonderful day!
