Great question, Christine. We'll be glad to shed some light on returned deposited items.
If a deposit is returned, in most cases a legal check copy will be sent back to you via mail. Once you receive the copy of the check, at that point, you'll have the option to either redeposit the check or contact the maker of the check for a new one.

Is the person who deposited the bounced cheque being charged a fee for the returned deposit?
