Thanks for reaching out to us, Christian. We understand your concern and can certainly point you in the right direction.
In general, when you deposit a check with a Teller, the first $100 should be made available immediately. The rest of the funds are usually credited to your account on the following business day.
Please note that if you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, your check deposits can be held for up to 7 business days for verification purposes. If your account has been open for some time, kindly note that there are other exceptions to our standard deposit availability that can also apply to your account.
For this reason, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ . On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
Please note that TD Helps is a public forum and unfortunately we can't access your banking info to see what's happened here. For more specific information about your deposit, please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this helps a bit, Christian and we look forward to talking with you soon.
