If you are a TD Customer and experienced difficulties when depositing cash into a TD ATM, to best assist you, please visit the TD Store where the TD ATM is located, during lobby hours. You can check their lobby hours by visiting here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Or, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and we'll be able to assist you with a claim process.
However, if you are not a TD Customer and used a TD ATM to make a deposit, we recommend reaching out to your Financial Institution for further assistance.
