I would really like to know if I can get money out my account tonight. If I deposited my money through mobile banking. I deposited it before 8 pm today. Is it available after 12 am

Welcome to TD Helps, Karr-Lynn. We'd be glad to discuss Funds Availability with you.
Deposits made at a TD Bank ATM and using Mobile Deposit before 8:00 PM on a business day are considered deposits made on that same business day. A business day is every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and Federal Holidays. If you make a deposit at an ATM or via Mobile before 8:00 PM on a business day that we are open, we will consider that to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit at an ATM or Mobile Deposit after 8:00 PM, or on a day we are not open, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day. Accounts that are 90 days old will have the initial $100 made available for ATM deposits only and generally see availability of funds the next business day using the ATM or Mobile Deposit.
When making check deposits with a Teller, the first $100 is usually made available immediately. If you are a new account holder and your account has not been open for 30 consecutive days, check deposits can be held for 7-10 business days for verification purposes. After your account has been opened for 30 days, not only will the first $100 be made available at the time of deposit but the rest of the funds will credit to your account the following business day.
You may also take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://go.td.com/1kb17UQ. On pages 40-44, you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
