I did a transfer on sat morning , there is no record or update on this transfer ? I received a text with a verification code, but I do not know where to use it on the website.

Based on the information you have provided, it sounds as though you may have performed a transfer using our free Send Money feature. If this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any confusion you may be experiencing, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Generally speaking, when initiating a Send Money transfer, you will have the option of sending funds to your friend or family member by either a text message, an email, or by having it credited to their account directly. In the event that you choose to send them funds using their phone number or email address, they will receive instructions on how to proceed with receiving the funds. If the receiver of your transfer has not yet proceeded to follow the instructions to have these funds credited to their deposit account, the funds may not be debited from your account.
