We understand your concern, John. We'd be glad to clarify.
When you make a payment by transferring funds from your TD Bank account through your Online Banking Profile, it can still take up to 1-2 business days to reflect on your Credit Card account. Because of this, we recommend that you submit the transfer a few business days prior to the payment due date to ensure that it posts in time.
If you have already initiated a transfer on or before your payment due date and realize that a late fee has been assessed, we recommend that you reach out to our Credit Card Department directly for assistance. You may reach them 24/7 by dialing 888-561-8861 and our Representatives will be happy to help and review the situation.
