I purchased a bed at Mattress One and signed on for interest free financing via the Renovate credit card at the store. It is a TD Bank program. However, I haven't received anything in writing about my special financing, only the normal terms of the credit card. This obviously scares me since I am under the impression my financing is interest free for 48 months. It was not an easy process to begin with dealing with the folks that processed my application over the phone at the store, so that makes me even more concerned that something got missed. I am new to TD Bank, so I need some clarfication and direction.

I can't reach a real person at that number! It requires I provide my account number and I do not have it. Is there another number where I can speak to a person directly?? Thanks!

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Caitlin. We'd be glad to help. After dialing the number Kristen mentions above, you are able to select "1" for English. Next you are able to speak to a Representative by selecting "0" and "#." Please know that you may have to select "0" and "#" a few times to be automatically transferred to a Representative. We hope to hear from you soon, Caitlin and have a good day.
