Welcome to TD Helps, Dawn.
If you did not receive a text message containing a link to our TD Mobile App when inputting your mobile phone number here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt, you may download the App by visiting the App Store if you have an IPhone, Google Play or Amazon App Store if you have an Android phone or you could visit the Blackberry App World if you have a Blackberry.
Please note, before you are able to use the TD Bank Mobile App, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking via www.tdbank.com. If you're not already set-up, please click here for the “Online Banking Sign Up page”: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your social security number, your account number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, and your E-mail address.
If you do not have all of the items needed, that's okay as there are other options to help you get set up with Online Banking. You can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our dedicated Online Banking Specialists. After account verification, we can help get you set up. If you prefer, you could even stop by a TD Bank Store and any Customer Service Representative would also be happy to help. For hours and locations near you, click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you have successfully enrolled for Online Banking and after you download our Mobile App, the user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
We hope this helps, Dawn. Let us know if you have any further questions. Have a great day!
