As you are currently in the Philippines, we recommend contacting our TD Credit Card Services Specialists directly at 1-706-644-3266. Our Specialists can be reached 24/7, and the number provided is accessible while calling abroad. Once connected, our Specialists will be able to view your credit card further and determine where these charges are coming from.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are also able to send a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center.' Our response time is typically 24 hours; however we strive to reply sooner.
