Good morning, Helena, and welcome to TD Helps.
We apologize that you haven't yet received a statement for your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
You have a couple different ways in which you are able to obtain a copy of your statement. First, as you'd like to have a copy mailed to you, you're welcome to connect with one of our Banking Specialists to make your request.
Banking Specialists can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you're unable to call, that's okay, as you may also send us a secure message.
To send a secure message, you'll first want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do from here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled in Online Banking, that's okay too, as you can start the enrollment process by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. To fully enroll, you will need your account number, debit card number, Social Security Number, and a valid email address.
Once you're able to access your online banking, towards the left hand side of your screen, you should see the 'Message Center', and to send a secure message, you'll simply want to click on the 'Send a secure message' hyperlink. As you'll be requesting a statement copy, under the 'Subject' select 'Request a Statement Copy'. Next, you'll be able to select the account you would like to receive a copy for, as well as the statement date. Then, simply click 'Send.'
In addition to connecting with a Specialist over the phone or by secure message, as you are currently accessing your Online Banking, you would also have the option to print your statements from the comfort of your own home. To do so, you'll first want to click on the 'Accounts' tab towards the top, left hand side of your screen. Next, click on the account you would like to review your statements for, and then click on the green 'Statements and Notices' tab. From here, you can find all your available statements, and to review and print your statement, click on the blue 'View' hyperlink under the 'Details' section.
The final option available to you when looking to receive a copy of your statement is to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours. By doing so, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be more than happy to print your statement copy for you on the spot so that you may leave the Store with your statement in hand.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to connect with us directly at any of the methods mentioned above, and we'll be more than happy to help!
Take care, Helena, and we hope you have an amazing holiday!
