I did not receive the new card as we are in Iowa and have been since May. I know they do not forward these . Please resend the card as we will be back on Monday, Nov 7, 2016.

If you have not received an EMV Chip debit card and would like us to determine if one has been sent to you or order one for you, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. We can be reached 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 or you can visit any TD Bank Store during lobby hours. You can find locations and hours by clicking here: http://go.td.com/28QgINg.
If you are currently enrolled for online banking, you may also send a secure message using https://go.td.com/20QUDRQ. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. Once you're logged in, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
