If you applied for a credit card, feel free to reach out to TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861 to obtain the status of your application. Typically, you'll receive a letter obtaining the decision of your application and if you're approved, your credit card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.
If you are referring to a loan application, please contact one of our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
If you're looking to confirm the status of a personal deposit account that you recently opened (such as a Checking, Savings, or Money Market account) feel free to contact a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance.
