i got an email on monday 18-04-2016 regarding that the money will be credited into my account but still its not credited ....what to do

You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 from outside the U.S. by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to research your concerns.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to send us a secure message too! To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
