I do not have a copy of my statement (i misplaced it) and i do not have a online account set up. I would like to pay my bill but when I call to do so it says I MUST have account number. How can i obtain it?

In regard to your account number, please know that this information is available online, by reviewing your statements or at the bottom of your checks (for checking accounts).
