I lost my account book which means I don't know my account number. All I have is Identification that I own the account. Can I just use my ID and withdraw money?

Thanks for contacting TD Helps, Nicholas.
Sorry to hear you misplaced your account information. Since doing so may affect the security of your account, we recommend reaching out to our Fraud Department at 1-800-893-8554 and speaking with a Fraud Specialist as soon as possible to prevent any fraudulent activity from occurring on your account.
If you are unable to call and speak with someone, you are able to visit a store location as well. For your convenience, we are able to accept U.S. Passport Card's with Photo's at our store locations, which will allow you to have full access to your account information. We have provided a link here http://go.td.com/1eaEMtb where you are able to find your nearest store location.
We sincerely hope this helps, Nicholas, and enjoy the rest of your day.
