Thanks for reaching out to us and we're sorry to hear about any troubles logging in!
If you're unsure of your password, don't worry. We have plenty of options for you to recover this information. For your personal accounts, if you remember your user name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, you'll be able to update your password.
If you're unable to reset this yourself for any reason, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Representative will also be able to help. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope one of these options will do the trick, Elizabeth!
Thanks again for getting in touch and have a wonderful evening.
