To regain access to your online account, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to help with your online account.
Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you and their hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
As you've mentioned that you need to review your balance, you are able to call 888-751-9000 and use our Automated System. You are able to enter your account number or Debit Card number in order to access your balance, recent transactions and more! Please know that if you're using the Automated System for the first time, you will be asked to verify the last four digits of your Social Security Number as well as create a phone code. If you have any trouble, select "0" at any time and you'll be connected to a live Representative.
